1. Data Collection and Usage

FamStand requires a Google Account to authenticate users and securely sync household data across your family's devices. * Cloud Storage: Household configurations, chore templates, and point ledgers are stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase). * Google Account Data: We request basic profile access to verify your identity. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or Google Calendars.

2. Permissions

To function correctly, FamStand may request: * Notifications: To alert you of pending chores or sibling point heists.

3. Children’s Privacy

FamStand is designed for household management by parents. The parent or guardian is responsible for creating the family environment, provisioning device access, and configuring child profiles. Children do not create independent accounts or provide personal data to the service.
